IMPORTANT NOTICE for all Returning Applicants
We have implemented an upgraded applicant tracking system as of Monday, August 8, 2016 and new jobs will begin posting on this site after August 9.
Applicant profiles created in the MCCCD jobs system prior to August 8, 2016, will not be migrated to our new system. Please take a moment to register as a new applicant when applying for MCCCD positions. The improved application process is very easy to use and only takes a few minutes to complete.
If you applied for a job before August 8, 2016 you do NOT need to reapply for that position and no action is required on your part.
However, our applicant pools, including Adjunct Faculty, Clinical Nursing, and Public Safety Police Office WILL require interested applicants to re-apply.

Applying for most positions is straight-forward. However, some positions have special application requirements: Adjunct Faculty, Faculty, Clinical Nursing Pool and Public Safety Officer Pool.
If you are called for an interview, and you need an accommodation to participate, please inform the caller, who will then coordinate your request with the HR Solutions Department.
Please ensure that you are logged into HCM!
Once you are logged in, follow this navigation path: Main Menu>Self Service>Recruiting>Careers to view and apply for jobs.
Remember: Jobs will post throughout the week (Monday thru Friday) and weekly emails will no longer be distributed to advise you of internal job opportunities. You will go into Self Service to search for job openings AND you will also have the option to create your own job agent that will notify you as soon as a job with matching criteria has been posted. Use these step by step instructions to create your job agent.
