The purpose of this presentation is to assist HR professionals in understanding why brand matters. This will be accomplished by exploring case studies and field experience from the presenter, along with group activity and dialogue. Practitioners will gain knowledge on brand development, equity, goals, and how to implement a branding campaign.
- Participants will understand the concept, importance, and relevance of branding and its impact on employee recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Participants will learn the components of a branding campaign and strategies to implement, sustain, and grow their organization’s brand.
- Participants will identify components of their organization’s brand and pinpoint areas of daily work that are affected by branding efforts.
